⇨ Pre-work where I set up some of the basic settings you’ll need in your Dubsado account and get rid of the standard templates you don’t need ⇨ 4 x 60-90 minute training/done with you calls (the first call will be longer to incorporate your customer journey and mapping out your process) ⇨ 1 x 30 minute follow-up call for final workflow support ⇨ Virtual support in between each session ⇨ 2 weeks post support virtually ⇨ A weekly task board with helpful prompts & checkpoints to help you complete your homework ⇨ My support to link up your email systems and payment processors (i.e. Stripe) in real time

DUBSADO PAYG SESSIONS
This is for you if you need help with Dubsado but don't want a high financial commitment
⇨Have you got stuck with setting up Dubsado and you need some help to get over a hurdle? ⇨Do you want to get started with Dubsado but not sure how and need a help to get started? ⇨Have you had someone set it for you but you need to add more into it and can't remember how to do it? ⇨Do you need to add a new workflow but have forgotten how to do it? These sessions can be as little as 30 minutes or stacked to form a bigger session

You've taken the plunge and finally signed up to Dubsado...you love it BUT you hate running it and just wish someone would just do it for you?
This service includes:
⇨ Supporting you with manual tasks (and looking at ways to automate them!) ⇨ Guiding your clients through your workflows and making sure you are doing what you need to do when needed. ⇨ Building new and improved workflows to help you elevate your client experience ⇨ Creating new forms so you can capture all the critical data you need ⇨ Creating new schedulers and templates so you know your clients are being looked after in the background.
